Appointments are scheduled as either Morning (8am - 12pm) or Afternoon (1pm -5:30pm) time blocks.
The scheduled time in the calender (8am or 1pm) is the beginning time of that block and our techs will arrive in the time-window that cooresponds to that, not necessarily at that specific time. We do our best to arrive as close to possible within those time periods but sometimes run into problems, traffic, weather, ect and can run either early or late.
If you see there are multiple times very close to each other (8am, 8:01am, 8:02am) this simply means that we have multiple technicians in the area and that signing up for any of them will allow you to schedule in the time-block you request or is available.
*Spring Startup & Openings are scheduled from March 15 to May 30th (approx)
*Fall Winterization & Blowouts are scheduled from September 25th to December 5th (approx)
*From May 30th to September 25 - Service calls are made available online
Note - if you need a Repair/Service Call during the Spring or the Fall season and don't see them posted on our online calenders, please call us at either 609-654-7441 or 609-953-0511, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you scheduled.
